1 stick of margarine, melted
2 cups of brown sugar
1 1/4 cups of
gluten free flour mix
1 tsp of vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Add sugar to melted margarine. Add eggs one at a time, add flour and vanilla. Spread in a 8X8 dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
