GF/DF Pie Crust

Crust 



2 1/2 cups of Gluten Free Flour Mix
1/2 cup of Crisco 
1/2 cup of sugar
4-6 tbsp of cold water


Cut Crisco into flour and sugar. Add water and mix until it forms a dough. Press dough down into a pie plate.

Prick bottom of pie dough with fork. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until lightly brown.
